Many people have discovered the benefits of setting their alarm a little earlier in the morning and getting into a good routine. Owning a business is hard work so an energised start can take you through to closing. Not only will your body feel refreshed but your mind will be focused with this learning inspired routine. It takes about 28 days to form a new habit so don’t give up after a few days. It may be difficult at the start but trust me it’s worth it to see the benefits both to you and your business.

I would recommend starting off with 7 minutes for the exercise and reading just to get you started. You might never have thought of doing a morning routine before so increasing the time after a few days will get you used to it. It will also make it easier to form this new habit and help you stick to it.
